- Face KYC data for identity verification
- Class attendance data (photos, timestamps, geo-location)
- Payment & transaction records (escrow based)
2. Child Safety & Protection Framework
Tuitox operates in an education environment involving minors.
Hence, child safety is treated as a non-negotiable responsibility.
- Only verified teachers can teach
- No personal phone numbers shared
- All communication happens via masked calls or in-app chat
- Admin team actively monitors complaints & behavior
- Emergency escalation procedures exist for serious issues
3. Face KYC, Images & Audio Data
To prevent impersonation, proxy teaching and fraud, Tuitox uses security controls.
- Live face KYC during teacher onboarding
- Photo-based attendance at class start & end
- Geo-location & timestamp validation
- Limited encrypted audio snippets (only for complaints)
All such data is:
- Encrypted at rest and in transit
- Accessible only to authorized compliance staff
- Never sold or used for advertising
4. Payments & Financial Information
Tuitox follows a strict escrow-based payment model.
- Parents pay Tuitox, not teachers directly
- Funds are released only after attendance validation
- We do not store card or bank credentials
- Transactions are logged for audit & legal compliance
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or rent user data.
Data may be shared only when:
- Required by law or government authorities
- Necessary for payment processing
- Needed to investigate fraud or safety complaints
6. Data Retention & User Rights
- Data is retained only as long as required
- Users may request data deletion (subject to legal holds)
- Audit and financial records are retained as mandated by law
