Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Trial Classes

• One trial per teacher allowed
• Trial may be free or low-cost
• No refund after successful trial

2. Regular Classes

• Missed class by teacher → refund or adjustment
• Validated class → non-refundable
• Late teacher cancellation → penalty applied

3. Replacement Policy

Parents may request teacher replacement. Unused balance is adjusted.

4. Parent-Initiated Cancellations

• Advance cancellations may be adjusted
• Repeated misuse may lead to restrictions

5. Escrow Protection

Payments remain in escrow until attendance and class completion are verified.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Abuse & Fraud

Fake complaints or refund abuse may result in account suspension.
