1. Platform Nature

Tuitox is a technology platform that facilitates learning. Teachers are independent professionals and not employees of Tuitox.

2. User Eligibility

• Parents must be 18 years or older
• Teachers must complete verification
• False information may lead to suspension

3. Teacher Verification & Discipline

• Face KYC and document verification mandatory
• Skill assessment before approval
• Ongoing behavior and quality monitoring
• Admin has final authority to suspend or ban

4. Payments & Escrow Rules

• All payments must occur within the platform
• Direct parent-teacher payments are prohibited
• Teachers are paid only after attendance validation

5. Attendance & Monitoring

• Photo-based attendance is compulsory
• Geo-location & time checks apply
• Fake attendance results in penalties

6. Complaints & Resolution

Complaints are resolved using evidence such as attendance photos and logs.

7. User Conduct

• No abuse, threats or harassment
• No platform bypassing
• No misuse of data or recordings

8. Limitation of Liability

Tuitox does not guarantee academic results or exam performance.

9. Account Suspension

Accounts violating policies may be suspended without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law.
